Student - Parent Handbook

Arrival and Departure
Students who arrive before 7:30 am are to proceed immediately to the Youth Chapel where a faculty member will supervise them until faculty devotions have been completed. Students will be dismissed to their rooms by 8:00 am. Whenever a student must remain late or his ride home is not immediately available, he will report to the Youth Chapel and remain with the faculty supervisor until someone comes for him. Students are not permitted to roam about the building.

Morning and Afternoon Procedures:

	Bus	- enter from the entrance on Furnace Road; discharge passengers in front of the building. - exit from the entrance on Chapel Road.
	Car	- enter from the entrance on Chapel Road; drop off to the left of the church auditorium. - exit from the entrance on Chapel Road.

Automobiles and Motorcycles
Students interested in driving to and from school must fill out a driver registration form. If other students are riding in a student-driven vehicle, HPBA assumes no responsibility for accidents or other matters involving the vehicle.

As soon as students arrive at school in a car, the car is to be parked in the lower parking area with all students leaving the car immediately. Once a student has arrived on school property, he is not to return to his vehicle until he is ready to leave the property for the day. There is to be NO loitering in cars, alone or in groups, at any time. The failure of a student to cooperate or drive carefully on school property will mean loss of permission to drive on or park on school property.
